Dosage and direction for use:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 20-30 drops in 60-90 ml of water half an hour before bedtime. For daytime use as a sedative, take 20-30 drops once or twice daily. Add honey to sweeten water if desired.
- Children 6-12 years: 10 drops
- Children 2-6 years: 5 drops
