Directions
Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules once per day, 30 minutes before a meal. After 2 weeks, gradually increase the amount to up to 6 capsules twice daily. Use for 3 months, then as desired thereafter. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water each day for optimal results.
