Directions
Use twice daily for bruised, inflamed muscles or stiff joints. Apply directly to the specific area and massage well into the skin. For difficulty with sleeping, apply to the soles of the feet at bedtime to encourage improved quality of sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and energised.
