Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Cocoa Powder (10%), Xylitol, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Makes 1 cake. - Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf or cake tin. - In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 250ml Full Cream Milk, 125ml Hot Coffee, 30ml Olive Oil and 10ml Vanilla then mix in the Chocolate Cake Premix. - Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, oven temperatures may vary. - Allow to cool then top with dark chocolate, cream or berries
