- Adults and children over 6: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day.
- Children under 6: Dissolve 1 tablet in a little water 3 times a day. Do not use in infants under 6 months without consulting a practitioner.
- For sleeplessness: Follow the above dosage and take an additional dose at night before bedtime.
