• Sunflower seed flour [sunflower seeds
• Cellulose fibre (1%)]
• Psyllium husks
• Himalayan salt
Directions
For one serving, add 1/4 cup Porridge to 3/4 cup boiling water or cold milk in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve with milk, cinnamon and/or butter.
