1. First apply a little of your favorite serum or oil to the face and neck area.
2. Massage in gently for five to ten minutes emphasizing specific areas as follows:
Eyes: With the smaller roller, start
at the inner corner under your eye, rolling outward.
Forehead: With the larger roller, start at the middle of your forehead, rolling towards the right and left as shown.
Cheeks and jawline: With the large roller, start at the chin rolling up and out towards the cheeks.
Neck: With the large roller, start at the base of the neck, rolling upwards towards the chin.
