Directions
1. Boil fresh water in a kettle or pot.
2. Place one tea bag in a cup or mug.
3. Pour boiling water over the tea bag.
4. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
5. Remove the tea bag from the cup.
6. Add milk, honey, or sweetener if desired.
7. Enjoy your calming cup of tea.
