Directions
Serving suggestion:
Therapeutic dosage: Take 2 V. Capsules, 3 times daily with food and water.
Maintenance dosage: Take 1 V. Capsule, 3 times daily with food and water.
It is important to use this product under the supervision of a health practitioner.
Remember to take breaks from use, such as 2 days per week, 1 week per month, and 1 month per year.
