Directions
1. Shake well before use to mix any natural sediments.
2. Dilute 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of Earth Blends Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water (250ml).
3. Optional: Add honey or lemon for flavor.
4. Consume once or twice daily, preferably before meals.
5. For external use, mix with water and apply to skin or hair as needed.
6. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
