Directions
- For adults: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (4.5g) of FibreClear in the morning and evening into a glass of water or any non-carbonated hot or cold beverage.
- For children under 12 years old: They should take half a serving.
- FibreClear can also be added to soft foods such as cereal, mashed potatoes, yogurt, or pudding.
- Store FibreClear in a cool, dry place, protected from light, and keep it tightly closed.
