Warnings

If you have a history of kidney stones, consult your healthcare professional before taking calcium supplements. This product is suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding but is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, as the calcium is sourced from bovine bone and the vitamin D3 is derived from sheep’s lanolin.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily before meals, or as professionally prescribed. Note: Dosing has recently changed due to SAHPRA allowable daily level of Vitamin K.
