Packed in a facility that processes Cow's Milk/ Egg and Wheat (Gluten)
Warnings
Do not take MCTs on an empty stomach. If you are new to MCTs, start with a small amount (1 tsp) and slowly build up. Not recommended for cooking.

Suggested Use: 1 - 3 teaspoons of oil with food.
