MCT oil from sustainably-sourced palm kernels & coconuts: 6/4 ratio of Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C1) fatty acids.
Warnings
Do not take MCTs on an empty stomach. If you are new to MCTs, start with a small amount (1 tsp) and slowly build up. Not recommended for cooking.
Directions
Suggested Use: 1 - 3 teaspoons of oil with food.
