Directions

To make one medium cake. Preheat oven to 175 and grease cake in. Beat 3 eggs, 1.5 cups (360 ml) milk, and 49ml melted butter to a bowl and beat for 30 seconds. (Alternatively for a finer texture, add to a blender and behind instead). You can substitute the butter for any other oil or fat of choice, or even just milk if lower fat is desired. Add 300 g Birthday Cake premix and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes(Knife should out clean). Allow to cool on a cooling rack and frost however desired-I like to combine some yoghurt and nut butter to make a delicious.
