Ingredients

Oats (gluten free), Whey Protein (19%), Cocoa Powder (9%), Xylitol, Erythritol, Salt, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Steviol Glycosides

Allergens

Packed in a facility which uses eggs, cow's milk, nuts and wheat.

Warnings

Xylitol is not suitable for pets.DO NOT FEED TO DOGS! Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Directions

Pour 4 tablespoons (50g) of porridge into bowl Add 120ml hot or cold milk and mix. Using microwave; microwave for 1 minute ,stir and then microwave for a further 1 minute. Using neither; simply cover your bowl with a plate or lid and leave for 5-10 minutes to soak. Enjoy as is or jazz up with some nut butter, fruit or crunchy toppings!
