Directions
To make 5 pancakes.Whisk together one large egg and 1/4 cup of milk in a bowl.
Add 50 g Protein Pancake Premix and whisk again.
Heat oil or butter in a frying pan in a medium heat.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture onto the pan and flip when bubbles start to form .
Serve with all the toppings and drizzles your heart desires.
