- For adults and children 6 years and older
- Gradually increase dosage from 1 tablet on the first day to 6 tablets per day
- Take with a glass of water before meals
- Daily dose can be taken all at once or divided throughout the day
- Active individuals or those with active lifestyles may take up to 10 tablets daily
