- D-mannose 500 mg - Cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) 68.5 mg - PAC A 9 mg - Quercetin 25 mg - 2’-fucosyllactose 37.5 mg - Vitamin C 45 mg - Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) 7.5 mg - Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) 1 mg - Other Ingredients: chicory fiber (Cichorium intybus L.), bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.), anti-caking agent: stearic acid, 2’-fucosyllactose (derived from lactose, <2% milk sugar)

Warnings

Caution: Do not take with other products containing green tea or 2’-fucosyllactose on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not take during pregnancy and lactation and in children under 18 years.

Directions

- Acute: Take 4 tablets in the evening with plenty of water. If there is no relief, consult your healthcare practitioner. - Maintenance: Take 1 tablet in the evening or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
