Warnings
Rychol should not be used under the following conditions:
If you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients contained within Rychol
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you suffer from sitosterolemia (an extremely rare autosomal disorder in which plasma concentrations of plant sterols are abnormally elevated).
Side effects may include: mild gastro-intestinal irritation, headache and skin rash.
Directions
Cholesterol levels in mmol/l:
- 4.9mmol/l or above: Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water with the first meal of the day.
- 6 mmol/l or above: Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water twice a day with meals.
