Directions
Super Crea- Taurine 200g Loading Phase (Optional) - Take 20g of Crea-Taurine daily for 5 days. This should be divided into 4 daily doses of 5g each mixed into carbohydrate-based drink. Maintenance Phase: Take 5-10g of Crea-Taurine a day. For best results, this should be mixed into a post-workout protein drink. Electro- Lit Hydration 200g Take 2 scoops (10g) with 300ml - 400ml water and drink during and/or after activity. Clean Recovery Real Apple Berry Flavour 640g Use as a supplement after gym sessions or endurance exercise for aquick and clean recovery. Add 1 level scoop to 30ml cold water. Mega Pump X4 Fresh Apple 500g Dissolve one scoop (20g) into 250ml of water 10-15 minutes before your workout and start to consumer immediately. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24 HR Period. Super Clean Protein Vanilla Bean 900g Add two level scoops (32g) to approx 250ml of water and shake in a shaker cup or blender for 20 seconds until powder is dissolved. Consume one serving 2-3 times per day.
