Per tablet:
a) Vitamin C (ascorbic acid and calcium ascorbate): 500 mg
b) Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): 12,5 µg (500 IU)
c) Selenium (selenium AAC): 25 µg
d) Zinc (zinc AAC): 12,5 mg
Allergens
Do not take this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of Nativa Complex Multi-Defence.
Warnings
Ask your doctor if you are not sure about any of the below:
Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if you have:
A history of non-melanoma skin cancer as this product contains selenium
A history of kidney stones as this product contains vitamin C and D.
If you have an iron deficiency as this product contains vitamin C which can increase the absorption of iron.
If you have high levels of calcium in your blood (hypercalcaemia) or in your urine (hypercalciuria) as this product contains vitamin D which can worsen conditions.
If you have high levels of phosphate in your blood (hyperphosphataemia) as this product contains vitamin D which can worsen the condition.
Directions
Adults:
Take one (1) or two (2) tablets per day, after a meal, with a glass of water.
Children:
Use in children under the guidance of the relevant doctor.
