- Siliphos® [equivalent to Milk thistle) (fruit; 80-120:1 extract) 29 mg with 43.5 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer 72.5 mg

Warnings
Avoid use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to milk thistle, plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae-family.
Directions
Dosage for Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily for the first month. After the first month, adjust dosage to 1 or 2 capsules per day as needed, or follow the recommendation of your healthcare provider.
