Directions
- Take 2 NATURE FRESH CALCIUM COMPLEX TABLETS immediately.
- Take 2 OLIVE LEAF TABLETS at the same time as the NATURE FRESH CALCIUM COMPLEX TABLETS.
- If feeling symptoms of a cold or chest infection, repeat the dose 2 hours later and then after 4 hours.
- Monitor how you feel the next morning and adjust the treatment as needed.
