Directions
For adults: Consume one hour before meals. Mix 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk with 300ml of room temperature water, and drink immediately. Limit to 2 doses per day. If issues persist, consult a healthcare provider. Stay hydrated by consuming plenty of fluids throughout the day.
