Chickpeas, beetroot (8%), onion, poppy seeds (3%), Kalahari Desert salt, cumin, coriander, garlic, turmeric, cardamom (0.5%), fennel, ginger, white pepper, chilli (0.2%), bicarbonate of soda

Directions

- Empty 1 pouch of dry mix into a bowl. - Add 200 ml of boiling water and give it a quick mix for no longer than 30 seconds. - Cover the mixture with a plate and let it stand for 10 minutes. - Roll into balls of about 2 cm in diameter, then flatten into discs for shallow frying or baking. Heat oil. - Shallow fry for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. - Or bake at 190 degrees for approximately 18 minutes
