Instead of putting your life on hold while you wait for delivery, Click & Collect lets you get your order at a time that is most convenient for you.
Pargo Pickup Points function as Click & Collect delivery hubs that online shoppers can visit to collect their orders when it suits them best. Thanks to Pargo’s partnership with popular retailers, like Clicks and Freshstop at Caltex, and local stores, their growing network of thousands of pickup points can easily be found across the country.
Valid identification and your unique Pargo PIN, which you would have received by email and/or SMS. If someone other than you is collecting, they'll need their ID as well as a physical or digital copy of your ID and Pargo PIN.
This is a unique, randomly-generated PIN you would have received via email and/or SMS on confirmation of order.
Parcels are returned to the sender after 8 days of non-collection.
Delivery will take place in 3-5 working days from the date at which Pargo received the parcel from the sender. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team so that they can resolve the issue.
Parcel deliveries usually take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Pargo Pickup Points run on independent store hours but are mostly open outside of business hours and over weekends for your convenience.
You can track your parcel by visiting Pargo's homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking
on ‘Track’. There you must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS. If no detail is available or you're still
having difficulties, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team to assist.
