Warnings

Directions
One dose consists of 3-5 pillules to be placed under the tongue in a clean mouth. This dosing instruction is suitable for adults, children, and animals. It is recommended to begin dosing after dinner, once the mouth has cleared of strong flavors. The dose should be repeated every hour until bedtime, with a goal of achieving at least 3 doses before going to sleep. For babies, the dosing interval may be closer together, such as every half hour after the last feed for 3 doses. If necessary, continue dosing for 5-7 nights to establish a sleep pattern. If waking up in the middle of the night, another dose may be taken. Each dose acts as a message to the body to promote sleep.
