Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix one heaped scoop (29g) with 150-200ml of water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker bottle or blender. Shake or blend until the powder is fully dissolved. Consume one to two servings per day, preferably post-workout or as a snack in between meals. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency and taste
