Directions
To use, combine a heaped scoop (29g) with 150-200ml of your choice of water, milk, or beverage in a shaker bottle or blender. Mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. For best results, enjoy one to two servings daily, ideally after workouts or as a snack between meals. Feel free to modify the liquid amount to reach your preferred taste and texture.
