Fill the bottle with water cold tap water place the filter inside the straw capsule and screw it onto the mouthpiece.
Shake the bottle several times. Pour out the water, and raise the bottle.
Repeat this process twice, pouring the water through the mouthpiece
Fill the bottle with cold tap water. It is ready!
