Epsom Salt, Sweet Orange Oil 10ml, Geranium Rose Oil 5ml, Frankincense Oil 5ml

Directions

As a soak: Pour salts in warm, running bath water of 37-39 degrees Celsius. For general well-being add ½ or 1 cup; for tired & sore muscles 2-4 cups. Add 3-4 drops of oil. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin. Enjoy. As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well. Soaking Tip. Remember to stay hydrated. Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
