Directions

Soaking: 1. Pour salts into warm running bath water (37-39°C). 2. For general well-being, use ½ - 1 cup; for tired and sore muscles, use 2-4 cups. 3. Soak for 20 minutes to allow minerals to absorb. Exfoliating: 1. Mix a handful of Epsom salt with your favorite oil or body wash. 2. Gently massage onto wet skin and rinse well. Tip: Stay hydrated and rinse off before exiting the bath.
