Directions

Soaking Instructions: - Pour ½ - 1 cup of salts for general well-being; 2-4 cups for tired or sore muscles into warm bath water (37-39°C). - Soak for 20 minutes to let minerals absorb through your skin. Exfoliating Instructions: - Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favorite oil or body wash. - Gently massage onto wet skin and rinse well. Tip: - Stay hydrated and rinse off before getting out of the bath.
