Compromised digestive system: Everyone has a different ratio of microbes in their digestive tract. Rawbiotics contains anti-oxidants in large numbers, as well as very active beneficial bacteria. Individuals with compromised immune/digestive systems must start on a lower dosage of 10ml daily. After a month one can start slowly increasing the recommended dosage. Rawbiotics is 100% natural and safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding, however, we advise you consult with your doctor before taking probiotics. Side Effects: Very seldom are there any side effects. Occasionally the body may start to detox and get rid of chemicals which have been in your system, resulting in diarrhea or gas. If this occurs too suddenly, just cut down the quantity and increase slowly until the body is comfortable with it. Any side effects experienced will be a result of the detox action. This is a good thing as it shows the body is cleansing itself. These symptoms will ease once Rawbiotics has balanced your gut. This process may take a little time so be patient and keep taking your daily shot.

- Adults: 30ml per day
- Children: 10ml per day
- Rawbiotics can be taken at any time, with or without meals, morning or evening. It can be taken alongside other medications.
Storage:
- Rawbiotics is a 'live' microbial product
- Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight
- Some of the microbes go dormant if refrigerated
- Use within 60 days of opening
- Do not shake the bottle
- White flakes appearing on surface after opening are normal. This is the natural yeast that forms when the product is exposed to oxygen, drink as normal.
