- Lithothamnium calcareum powder (total calcium 30 - 35%): 10,00 mg - Tri-calcium citrate tetrahydrate: 36,25 mg - Dimagnesium phosphate trihydrate: 61,00 mg - Magnesium citrate: 78,75 mg - Potassium bicarbonate: 195,75 mg - Potassium citrate: 217,50 mg - Di-calcium phosphate dihydrate: 243,25 mg - Inactive ingredient: magnesium stearate - Contains sugar (642,50 mg alpha-lactose monohydrate)

Warnings

Contains lactose. Patients with the rare hereditary conditions of galactose intolerance e.g. galactosaemia, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or fructose intolerance should not take Releaf Alkaline Tablets. Calcium salts may cause constipation and flatulence. Magnesium salts may cause gastrointestinal irritation and watery diarrhoea. Potassium salts may precipitate seizures and may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.

Directions

Dosage: Adults should take 2 tablets twice daily after meals, with a glass of water. Storage: Keep the container in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C. Ensure the container is tightly closed and protected from light.
