- 2 billion CFU (colony forming units) HOWARU' Bifido probiotics consisting of a blend of: - Bifidobacterium lactis; Bl-04 - Bifidobacterium lactis; HN019 - Lactobacillus acidophilus; La-14 - Lactobaccilus infantis; Bi-07 - Lactobacillus gasseri; Lg-36 - Lactobacillus brevis; Lbr-35 - Lactobacillus casei; Lc-11 - Lactobacillus paracasei; Lpc-37 - Lactobacillus plantarum; Lp-115 - Lactobacillus rhamnosus; Lr-32 - Lactobacillus salivarius; Ls-33 - Lactococcus lactis; Ll-23 - Zinc picolinate 25 mg - Vitamin A (retinol) 4994,6 I.U. (1 500 mcg RE) - Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 40 I.U. (1,0 mcg) - Inactive ingredients: Magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.

Warnings

Probiotics might cause gastrointestinal reactions. Vitamin D3 might cause constipation and flatulence. Vitamin A might cause hypervitaminosis. If the symptoms worsen or persist, please consult your healthcare practitioner. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions

- Adults should take 1 capsule daily. - It is recommended to take the probiotic at least two hours after taking an antibiotic to prevent the antibiotic from reducing the efficacy of the probiotic microorganisms. - Probiotics should be taken for at least one week after finishing the antibiotic course. - Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C and protect from light.
