Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1 000 IU 1666.7% (25 mcg).
Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, flavouring (menthol), mannitol, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate.
Warnings
Do NOT take Releaf Vitamin D3:' If you are allergic to any of the ingredients.' If you have high levels of calcium in your blood (hypercalcaemia) or urine (hypercalciuria).' If you suffer from kidney failure or kidney stones (renal calculi).' If you have high levels of vitamin D in your blood (hypervitaminosis D).Please consult your doctor or pharmacist prior to use if:' You suffer from heart disease or narrowing arteries.' You are taking medicines containing Vitamin D3, your doctor may want you to have regular blood tests to check the amount of calcium in your blood.Releaf Vitamin D3 with food and drink:There are no known side effects to taking Releaf Vitamin D3 with food and drink.Pregnancy and breastfeeding:It is possible to use Releaf Vitamin D3 during pregnancy and lactation, only as part of a prenatal supplementation programme. Please consult your Doctor prior to use. Vitamin D is excreted in breast milk. Too much Vitamin D3 may harm your baby.
Directions
Adults and children above 4 years of age: Take 1 orodispersible tablet daily preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Dissolves in the mouth.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25 'C.
Do not remove the blisters from the original packing until required for use.
Protect from light.
