Directions
- For weight loss, start with ¼ teaspoon and gradually increase to ½ teaspoon
- Take 1 to 3 times a day, 15-60 minutes before a meal
- Drink 1-2 glasses of water with each dose
- It expands up to 50 times its weight, so only a small amount is needed
- Best results when combined with a low carbohydrate diet
- If on medication, take the weight loss product at least 4 hours away from medication to avoid diluting the effect of the drug
