- Sophorae japonica (Quercetin) [flower] 300 mg - Citrus aurantium (Citrus Bioflavonoids) [fruit] 100 mg - Bromelain (80GUD/G) 50 mg - Urtica dioica (Nettle) [leaf extract] 50 mg - Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and natural flow agent.

The most common side-effects of Sfera Quercetin Complex are gastro-intestinal disturbances such as diarrheoa and nausea. Do not take Sfera Quercetin Complex: -if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of Sfera Quercetin Complex. -if you have stomach ulcers, active bleeding, a history of bleeding or taking medications that thins the blood. Consult your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a registered health care provider. Children and adolescents: Not suitable for children. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Directions

Dosage: 1-3 capsules per day Timing: On an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal Instructions: Follow the directions of your health care provider
