Gayleen's Decadence

Gayleen’s Decadence began in 2009 when Gayleen lost her restaurant and started working in the then very young ‘healthy foods industry’. In creating many delicious treats she had to also come up with a chocolate to fit into this category. So after some serious ‘playing’ in her kitchen, Gayleen developed her first soft centred chocolate which immediately became popular and it was the beginning of her range of soft centres. The range has grown to incorporate solid slabs and spreads and they are distributed Nationwide.
