Directions
Instruction:
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Gargle with 10 ml of the solution before swallowing, 2 to 4 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. You can also use the solution in your eyes, ears, and nose.
- For oral pharyngeal thrush, mouth sores, mouth ulcers, or sore throat and tonsils, gargle and swish 10 ml of the solution around the mouth for 3 minutes, 4 to 8 times per day.
- For colds and flu, pour 5 ml of the solution onto the palm of your hand, apply to your face, nostrils, and lips as a first line of defense.
- Apply the solution topically to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- If the condition of sore throat and tonsils does not improve within 3 days, please consult your healthcare practitioner.
