Use as a protein boost, pre- and post-workout supplement or meal replacement for optimum recovery.
As a workout shake or as a protein boost, blend 35g with 300ml of oat, almond, coconut or hemp milk. Or add 1-2 tablespoons to smoothies, oats, porridge or recipes. Blend into a smoothie with a plant-based milk or water.
