Ingredients
Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha) Oil.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy or on infants. Keep away from children. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin.
Directions
Always dilute before use.
Massage: dilute 5 drops in 10ml carrier oil
Bath and inhalation: 5-10 drops in hot water
Store in a cool, dark place with the lid well sealed. If your fridge is the only cool place, allow the oils to reach a cool room temperature before use.
