Active ingredients: - Krill Oil yielding 500mg - Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA 60mg, DHA 27.5mg) 110mg - Marine phospholipids 200mg - Astaxanthin (antioxidant) 25μg Inactive ingredients: - Fish gelatine - Glycerine - Purified water

Directions

Adults: Take 1 - 2 capsules daily for one month, then reduce the dose to 1 capsule daily or twice daily thereafter.
