  • ½ avocado

Full of healthy fats that keep skin hydrated and supple

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

Provide omega-3 fatty acids for reducing inflammation and improving skin elasticity

  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed

Packed with lignans and fibre to promote healthy digestion and glowing skin

  • 1 handful fresh spinach or kale

Rich in Vitamin A and C to support collagen and reduce skin dryness

  • ½ cucumber

Hydrating and soothing with anti-inflammatory properties

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

Supports skin elasticity and hydration

  • ½ lemon, juiced

Method
