Directions
MULTIVITAMIN:
Adults: Take 3 - 4 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare
practitioner. Children 6 years and older: Take 1 - 2 tablets daily with meals or
as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 2 - 4 capsules twice a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. It is recommended to consume the capsules with an interval not exceeding 12 hours. Recommended for at least 3 to 6 months for
optimal effectiveness.
Children 6 years and older: Take 1 - 2 capsules twice a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
ESSENTIAL SUPPORT:
Adults: Take 2 - 4 capsules a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
