The Wellness Consumption Corner

When considering our wellbeing, it’s imperative that we remember to approach it from a multidimensional perspective.

Wellness encompasses physical health as well as mental and spiritual well-being.  It’s about an optimally performing body as well as a clear, mindful way of being in the world.

Instead of aiming to be ‘perfectly balanced’ versions of ourselves - with all dimensions equally optimised - let’s aim, instead, to uncover our own versions of personal harmony. This will depend on what feels most authentic to you, and guide which aspects of wellbeing to focus on at which stages of your unique life journey.

Once you’re aware of where you want to channel your well-being efforts, you can start seeking out the necessary information and inspiration to help you along the way.
