Directions
1. To use Truefood Chick Peas, start by draining and rinsing the canned chickpeas under cold water.
2. Use the chickpeas in your favorite recipes such as salads, soups, stews, or as a main ingredient in hummus.
3. You can also roast the chickpeas for a crunchy snack or use them as a topping for dishes.
4. Store any unused chickpeas in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
