Directions

The Truefood Erythritol Powder 400g can be used as a natural sweetener in place of sugar. Use it in your favorite recipes, beverages, or to sweeten your coffee or tea. Use as you would sugar, but keep in mind that erythritol is about 70% as sweet as sugar, so you may need to adjust the amount used to achieve your desired level of sweetness. Enjoy the sweet taste without the calories or impact on blood sugar levels.
